Together\, we will visit the remnants of a pond where women accused of witchcraft were interrogated by “ducking.” Then\, experience a live performance about the women who endured panicked accusations and unearth why Fairfield’s story was so different from what happened in Salem. Enjoy bewitching seasonal sweets as part of this haunting evening. \nRegistration is required. Members: $30; Non-Members: $35. \n  \nProgram Details \n\nPre-registration is required—no drop-ins will be allowed.\nNo physical ticket will be mailed. Check in using your name.\nTours are approximately 60 minutes long and will depart on their ghostly journey promptly at 6:30 PM.\nTours will meet at Fairfield Museum lobby.\nThis program is recommended for adults and kids ages 12 and up.\nRestrooms will be available at the Fairfield Museum.\nPersonal photography is permitted at Museum programs. Barnum\, Alfred Bishop of Housatonic Railroad\, aerospace engineer Anselm Franz\, car manufacturer Isaac Trumbull\, lighthouse keeper Kathleen Moore\, and more. \nRegistration is required. Members: $15; Non-Members: $20. \n  \nTour Location: Enter through the gate at the intersection of North Ave. & Dewey St. in Bridgeport and follow the signs for parking. \n  \nProgram Details \n\nPre-registration is required—no drop-ins will be allowed.\nTours are approximately 90 minutes long and will depart on their ghostly journey promptly at 10 AM\nThis program is recommended for adults and kids ages 12 and up.\nRestrooms will be available.\nPlease note that there will be one section of the tour that has a gradual uphill walk.\nPlease note this walking tour is about 1 mile long.\nPersonal photography is permitted at Museum programs. Uncover some of the burial practices in early New England while listening to long-buried legends that have haunted Fairfield for nearly 400 years. \nRegistration is required. Members: $15; Non-Members: $20. \n  \nTour Dates: Wednesday\, October 28; Thursday\, October 29; Friday\, October 30 at 5:30 pm on each night \nTour Location: Meet at Fairfield Museum Main Entrance. \n  \nProgram Details \n\nPre-registration is required—no drop-ins will be allowed.\nTours are approximately 60 minutes long and will depart on their ghostly journey promptly at 5:30 PM.\nTours will meet at the front entrance of the Fairfield Museum.\nFeel free to bring your own flashlights.\nPersonal photography is permitted at Museum programs. Continuous audio or video recording of our programs is not permitted.\nThis program is recommended for adults and kids ages 12 and up.\nPlease dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
