1750 Ogden House Tours

An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Sunday, repeating until September 30, 2018

David and Jane Sturges Ogden settled here after marrying in 1750. Museum Docents lead guided tours giving visitors fascinating information and tidbits on the history of the house, its intriguing two hearths, and the everyday tasks and chores that kept the Ogden family busy.

The newly expanded Colonial Kitchen Garden is maintained by the Fairfield Garden Club and features shell paths and colonial-era plants. In addition, an apiary is nearby and Ogden House honey is produced and sold in late summer. Learn more about The 1750 Ogden House here >>

Open Sundays beginning June 3 – September 30, 1pm – 4pm. Tours begin every ½ hour. Last tour is at 3:30pm.
Admission is $5, $3 Students & Seniors; Free for Members. (Closed July 8). Located at 1520 Bronson Road, Fairfield, CT.
