The Fairfield Museum can accommodate 200 people for a reception, 80 people for a seated presentation in the Durrell Meeting Hall or 72 for an intimate seated luncheon or dinner. Access to the elegant reception area and Museum exhibitions can also be arranged. Galley kitchen facilities are included and additional areas for staging are also available. Our Preferred Vendors list features highly creative and talented caterers and other companies from the region to accommodate all budgets and tastes.
Rental fees are for a 5 hour period. Additional time beyond that 5 hour period will be billed according to the hourly rates listed on the rental agreement. Unless agreed to, in advance, and noted on this agreement, all evening events must end and facilities must be cleaned and vacated by 11:00pm.
Rental hours begin when the first person arrives for set up or preparation. Rental hours end when facility clean-up has been completed and the last person exits the museum.
