The Fairfield Museum can accommodate 200 people for a reception, 80 people for a seated presentation in the Durrell Meeting Hall or 72 for an intimate seated luncheon or dinner. Galley kitchen facilities are included and additional areas for staging are also available. Our Preferred Vendors list features highly creative and talented caterers and other companies from the region to accommodate all budgets and tastes.
Rental fees are for a 5 hour period. Additional time beyond that 5 hour period will be billed according to the hourly rates listed on the rental agreement. Unless agreed to, in advance, and noted on this agreement, all evening events must end and facilities must be cleaned and vacated by 11:00pm.
