Why Support the Fairfield Museum?

The Fairfield Museum is a privately-supported non-profit museum, library and educational organization, founded in 1903. The Fairfield Museum serves adults, students and families from across Fairfield County with a wide array of exhibits, events and educational programs that teach regional history, celebrate our shared heritage, and prepare citizens to be more active participants in their community. View our video on educational programs >>

We believe in the power of history to inspire the imagination, stimulate thought and transform society. We partner with area schools to provide essential educational programs in social studies, literature, art and other disciplines for more than 6,500 K – 12 students from Stamford to Danbury to Bridgeport.

Our success is achieved only through the support of individual donors and foundations like you.  Please make your contribution today by clicking the button below.

Your contribution is tax-deductible and will be put immediately to work supporting:

• The resources necessary to create dynamic family and adult learning experiences
• Discounted fees for lower income students, so that everyone can participate and achieve
• Exhibitions that explore the fascinating diversity and rich legacy of our community
• Library resources that serve hundreds of students and researchers from around the country
